How many guests can the hall accommodate?
The hall is normally set up for 56 seated guests with the existing tables and two buffet/serving tables in front for food service. The maximum occupancy, per the Marlow fire department, is 75 people total.
Is there a bathroom?
Yes, there is one, unisex bathroom.
Is the building handicapped accessible?
Yes, the building has a wheelchair ramp. Please note that the bathroom is *not* ADA-compliant.
Do you offer catering or cleaning?
We do not provide any staffing or catering services. We will meet you to give you keys to the building and you are welcome to come early to decorate. If you don’t wish to clean up after your event and haul away your own garbage, an additional $75 fee is required.
What kitchen amenities are available for renters?
For an additional donation, our kitchen can be used for your event. Rental includes use of two ovens, refrigerator (NO FREEZER), microwave, sinks, and ample countertop space. Note that the gas stovetop isn’t included, as it’s tricky to use.
Is alcohol allowed in the building?
If your event will include alcohol consumption, your certificate of general liability insurance must explicitly cover this.
How do I check hall availability for my event?
Please contact us via phone, email, or Facebook Messenger to confirm available dates. If you would like to see the space in person let us know and we can arrange to show you the hall.
What is the process to submit a rental application?
Complete the application form and send it back to us via email or by mail to P.O. Box 269, Marlow NH 03456.
Where can I get liability insurance?
A certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.00 or more must be provided prior to using the hall. If alcohol is to be consumed at your event, the certificate must state it covers this.
Most people contact their homeowner’s or renter’s policy agency to get this as most insurers can provide this as an add on to your policy.
